Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our top priority. While we hope you love our products as much as we do, we know things don't always work out, so we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you don't love the product you purchased, just let us know within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll make the refund and/or return easy. To initiate a refund/return, simply email us at hello@takezest.com or chat with us (8am-5pm PST, Monday-Friday).
Please note:
- 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee is exclusive to first-time purchases of products — repeat purchases of the same product and subscription refills do not apply.
- For bulk purchases (e.g. 2-month, 3-month supply orders), the refund amount is capped at the value of a 1-month supply (up to $60). Any remaining unopened product must be returned for additional refunds to be processed.
- Orders over $75 will require return of any unopened units before refunds can be issued.

Damaged Product?
We always do our best to ensure our customers have the best experience possible, but shipping and handling can sometimes get a little bumpy!
If your product arrives damaged or is—in any way—not what you were expecting, please let us know right away so we can help.

If possible, please include a photo of the damaged product in your email. This information is super helpful for our operations team!
