Is payment made in my local currency?
All payments are processed in USD. Your bank may convert the charge to your local currency based on their exchange rates and fees.
When will my order ship?
We process and ship orders the next business day from our warehouse in North Carolina. From there, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.
How will I know when my order ships?
You’ll automatically receive an email with a tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Can I edit my shipping address?
Yes — you can update your shipping address anytime via the Order Status / Details page.
