Is payment made in my local currency?

All payments are processed and settled in US dollars.

 

How long will it take / When can I expect to receive my order?

We're currently expecting all pre-orders to ship end of December / early January. We'll provide more updates over email as the product becomes available.

You’ll be given an expected delivery date upon shipment.

 

Can I edit my shipping address?

You can email our team at hello@takezest.com. For urgent address change requests, please include ”Urgent - Address change” in your email subject line so our team can get working on it as quickly as possible.

 

How do I track my order?

You will automatically receive a tracking link by email when your order ships from our warehouse. Please note it can take 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update. It will be emailed to the email address you provided when making your order.
